Triumph Tiger - KTM 790/890 WP Front Fork Service

In this video I tear down the WP front forks on my 2019 Triumph Tiger and replace the bushings, seals and oil. These are the same forks found on the KTM 790/890 as well.

Nice work sir, l did this in january to my 800xc. I do have showa fork on my 2011mod, but its almost the samme thing, just fewer parts. Afther watching you, lm getting a driver to make mounting a bit easyer. 😊

Good to hear from you sir, the rings I did not use are to slide on to your fork tubes and are used to measure the amount of fork travel... like wrapping a zip tie around the fork tube and sliding it all the way up... to see how far the fork tube traveled while riding... Hello there sir, good to hear from you... I ordered all my parts through Hermys.com. They are in Pennsylvania here in the USA. They can get pretty much anything for European bikes and have really good service.
