Well to be fair this is just a preview and they still doing things to it. Is not going to be open till April so they have time to fix the cosmetics issues.

The 5 years it took Disney to complete TRON is about how long Universal Orlando will take to build the entirely new Epic Universe park opening in two years! 😂 Universal managed to take advantage of the COVID shutdown, utilizing the empty parks for uninterrupted construction of new rides

Great to see an honest review that also isn't overly-negative. I've read a lot of negativity on this ride, but my expectations are like yours. I know it's short, but for me I think it's just enough. Thrill rides are sort of hard for me, but I still want to experience them. It almost feels like a ride made just for me! Perfect intensity and ride time, IMO.

The enforcement of rules that were being made up as they went along was very uneven. I saw a guest film holding their phone. The situation has to be really ridiculous if I have to get in several arguments and debates and hold up the ride in order to do something which is allowed. But that's what previews are for, to get the operational difficulties smoothed out! Thanks for watching! ~Brayden

My friends and I got to ride it for the employee preview last week and LOVED IT!! Night time was better with the light up ceiling and front row was best . Going to ride it again for annual passholder in March

Great coverage, my friend! I was able to ride it again, just today, with my guests. Rode it five times back to back a couple of weeks ago when we had our Magic Kingdom cast exclusive preview! Sitting in the first row is definitely my favorite spot! Love the intense launch! The short pre show is very dramatic! Love it!!! If you ever come to dine at Liberty Tree Tavern, ask for James! It is Loam that is causing the "dirty" look. It is something we deal with here in Florida if your home or business or even car are near open construction sites. Loam is a sticky combination of Dirt, Sand & Humus material (decomposed plant material). Almost all of Florida soil is Loam and when you remove ground cover (grass, plants, bushes, etc) and expose open soil it gets airborne. And loam sticks to everything. So slowly you don't notice it at first but once it gets on a surface, the humus material starts to grow mold & algae which are the dark dirty streaks you pointed out. Notice how the streaks are directly coming down out of the rain channels between canopy panels. It will continue to be a visible problem until all the exposed construction soil is covered and multiple power-washings have washed off all the loam from the surfaces & in the rain gutter channels.

I am soo happy for you that you got your footage. I recorded all my rides in Disney but on a ride like this, it is understandable that a regular camera or phone would not be able to be held for long. You commented right away about the dirtiness on the outside canopy on Tron as well as roof of Space Mountain. You should be aware that during La Nina's Florida and Caribbean get hit with heavy Saharan Desert dust, during El Nino and No Nino's we don't get Saharan Dust but 3 years of La Nina which is just ending was the heaviest since the Dust Bowl Days of the 1930's and Florida had 30 years worth of Saharan Dust fall on the state making EVERYTHING in the region get nasty and dirty/grimmy in and outside of theme parks,

What you showed about space mountain it seemed to kind of flow with Tron and maybe that's what the roofing or the work they're doing on space mountain so it s flow together and kind of look like they're all one unit or something like that and thanks for doing this video except for some of the cosmetics as you pointed out it looks really great and I can't wait to go and I'm glad the trains are working again.

I've been to Shanghai 3 times, the first time was 3 months after opening. That room where you load looks a whole lot smaller than Shanghai Tron. It was like a huge rave with the Daft Punk music playing loudly - the Daft Punk score is their masterpiece. I loved it! In Shanghai the lockers are outdoors. Even after years of Shanghai air pollution the canopy is still lovely. Shanghai Tron is part of an amazing immersive Tomorrowland experience - restaurant, spinner ride, theater, huge futuristic gardens, and 2 level walkways. In Shanghai the video spiel features the Tron Legacy Sirens (Lux, Gem, and one other?) in Mandarin, is it the same in Magic Kingdom? -Frank

I rode this in 2019 in Shanghai. My only complain is its a short ride. Shanghai didn't have lockers. You put your bag in a cart and when you got off the cart was there for you to get your stuff.
