As far as these Polynesian room updates this is a joke. If I wanted to get a character themed room I would go to a Value resort... When you're spending Deluxe room prices I want an upscale original look to the room, not copy paste theming. Obviously like they're also doing at the Contemporary. It's sad to see this is the route Disney is going... Short term thinking as usual with this current Disney administration.

@@kiwikiwi2483 VelociCoaster is the replacement for Dueling Dragons/Dragon Challenge. The old coaster never dueled anymore as was originally intended and needed to have the track replaced, so they made the sensible albeit sad decision to scrap it entirely and make something original for the Wizarding World that's more thematically appropriate. Of course they knew that a void had been left behind for thrill seekers, so they made up for it by making a coaster that's even more insane than Hulk in an area of the park that had long-needed another attraction. Regardless, Universal got back to work constructing their ride at full-steam as soon as they were given permission by the state. Disney on the other hand dragged their feet and frequently had empty construction sites even after letting guests back into the parks. Here we are in June of the following year and the center of Future World is still a giant crater for crying out loud. I hope that Disney is able to ramp up production and have Epcot in a presentable state in time for the start of the 50th anniversary under four months from now, but I seriously doubt it.
