Little did Clu know that he wouldn’t see Quorra for another 20 years (1,000 cycles) and found out then that she is the last ISO. Took him that long to know that not only was she wasn’t on the warship when it exploded, but that her being an ISO explained why she cared for what happened to Radia.

Anon stands for Anonymous. Flynn created him to keep the peace between the ISOS and Programs within the Grid. Clu tried to derezz him as soon as he rezzed in but Tron saved him. He was supposed to be a prototype system monitor to helo Tron keep the peace. Clu's been trying ti kill him from the moment he stepped onto the Grid which would explain why he's mad that Anon was still rezzed and he thought he wasn't

Oh dear looks like CLU forces are failing him very badly no wonder he’s so mad that Anon is still alive because he must think his forces are being sloppy and maybe are aren’t they right fellow heroes if you get my point there!
