I've just bought Chromebook OS & brings up welcome page then goes straight to wifi page with box & list of wifi , I clicked on mine, put wifi password in, & waiting ages for it to do anything else, goes no further, can't click on Next this stays grey, just seems to stay on this page & nothing, so after 30-40 mins gave up & I shut down.
