So if gallbladder sludge is present, what are the options to reduce it/get rid of it? I'm booked in for gallbladder removal in 2 weeks and feeling very hesitant as I believe I have more digestive issues. I was told my amylase was high also. Is this related to gallbladder sludge? Thank you

as a WOMAN estrogen is raised once a month to begin the blood flow of menstruation. estrogen is not 'stress hormone' for women but its necessary & critical for women-health I have to say that you are basing 'physiology' on a male body. women hormones are the 'no man's land' for who misunderstand the intricate workings of menstruating & menopausal woman. I could fill you in on these delicate & intricate details if you are interested.

I have the lot! Diarrhoea, cramps, blood pressure problems, deranged liver function tests. I have been asking doctors for years about the persistant abnormal liver function tests with no response! The chronic loose stools. Nothing except to do colonoscopy. As a result of what I now believe is bile problems, I have severe bone loss with severe fractures, due to absorption problems. You can’t have diarrhoea for years and not have consequences. Our digestive system is huge in how we feel. Especially if we are not getting the nutrients we need from our food. Chronic headaches too. Thank you for this podcast! Now I have the proof I need to address the problems my poor liver has been dealing with. And maybe get some relief.

Have had slow digestion since I was a child. Asthmatic and just couldn't breathe so didn't eat! Now I eat Paleo. Just had back surgery for a fusion of 3 disks. The scare became infected and put me on antibiotics for TWO MONTHS! It is summer now and have tried eating raw vegetables but am finding myself distended, and having lose stools, not total diarrhea! I eat a good probiotic yogurt for lunch and sauerkraut in the evening with dinner. I have been taking HCL with every meal and just upped it to 2 caps. How can I get that good flora back? In my 68 years, you are the first person to mention the importance bile flow with respect to more than just digesting fat. And that poor bile flow is most often the reason people accumulate toxins in their bodies. It explains so much for which mainstream medicine makes up all kinds of nonsense. Bile flow is my problem and having suffered decades with it, I hope to finally resolve it.

I have cleaned up my diet and have used a little apple cider vinegar here and there. I noticed since I cut grains I seem to be digesting my food better but its a long road ahead. I hope my stools get more organized and stop sticking. Whats crazy is a few weeks back I ate a pretty bad one day, monster energy drink, ,stayed up late playing music (musician) and had taco bell at 1 am. The next morning I had a perfectly shaped stool clean sweep and all. It seems like the more fiber and less fat I eat the worse it is 🤔

Have some of these issues and even tho I’ve been to functional docs and naturopaths, this issues has never been addressed in such depth and with such clarity. Also your carnivore videos have been super enlightening. I’ve scratched my head for the last year and have consulted w so many experts as to why I feel like a total dishrag on a carnivore diet and why my hair texture and nails have gone to crap and why I can’t build a lick of muscle even tho I resistance train consistently 4 days a week lifting heavy weights to almost failure. Bottom line-I’m completely malnourished!!!! 😫😫 But the great news is I found you and your videos! @@TheRealMonnie Things might have changed, and that would be fabulous. I met one doctor in Fort Lauderdale, also advertised as an osteopath. I found out he had taken a course - one hundred hours. He was hopeless. Osteopathy is a 5-year course in Canada ! And it could hardly be otherwise ! Just in the Montréal area, there are at least four colleges (many teachers go and teach to Toronto, and Vancouver). ~~~~ In the U.S., to be allowed to practice as osteopath, you had/have to be a doctor. Nonsense to a certain degree, if you consider that they are two different professions ; both require that you fine-tune your knowledge and techniques (at least 2,500 in osteopathy alone). ~~~~ I know of doctors on the West Coast who would come and study in Vancouver, BC. I would trust that these are real osteopaths. In a nutshell, someone telling me that they've studied six months (and that does exists) would not be allowed to touch me. I just know too much about it and since 1998... All the Best !

From my understanding, the TUDCA helps the body produce more bile, but it does not help to thin the bile (sludge) or improve the flow. That's what the beet flow is designed to do. It just depends on what your body is having more of an issue with. He has a video on tudca and ox bile and another on the beet flow flush. I haven't watched them yet.

I've had Chronic sinusitis fro a very long time which now I now believe is due to low stomach acid (thanks to TCHale for that revelation) , however before that time, I found that taking Coconut oil, or MCT oil at night would help some the stuffiness I would get, but the side effect would be skin itching. I found to be from not enough bile to handle the fats. So if did take the MCT oil late at night to help the stuffiness, I had to supplement ox bile as well.

At that time I didn't ease into the juice as I didn't get good information from the other sources about how to manage that aspect, so giving that another go. Have you figured out what is the cause? I have tinnitus and sinusitis too, the only thing that stops the drip is taking alkaline pills. Which lead me to believe I had high stomach acid because I needed alkaline to stop the gases, but now i’m thinking it’s the gases from fermented foods that haven’t been broken down properly that i’m neutralizing. Do you have any updates? Thanks! :)
@mrtim6479
@mrtim6479 Ай бұрын
@@STICKERS.1.1.1 I don't know the exact cause, however it seems to be either bacterial or possibly fungal and related to the stomach. I can only manage the symptoms but cannot cure it. I know ACV helps if I take it before sleep, and I must clean my nose with a salt mixture before bed, otherwise I get bad stuffiness. I can, and sometimes do take garlic mixed with coconut oil before bed, which is stronger than the ACV. If things get really bad, and none of those things work, then I need to resort to taking 2 small sugar cubes soaked in pine oil (Turpentine) before bed (Dr. Daniels protocol) and next morning take 2 tablespoons of Castor oil to make sure I have several bowl movements the next morning. Once I do that, my nose is pretty good for a few days afterwards.

@isabelandujar9736 you're essentially mega dosing plant toxins. Especially with spinach. I devasted my health with the logic that if something is good, more of it must be even better. Not the case unfortunately. Gren plants contain oxalate and other chemicals our body doesn't want. These can build up over years and eventually cause serious problems. Digestive issues, joint and muscle pain, skin issues, brain fog, fatigue

HI @Cindy Batson , that's great. I can't make one-on-one suggestions for someone who is not a client and I know all their chemistry and situation and such, but if you're going to do a 7 day fast, you certainly want to make sure you've seen our videos on common fasting mistakes. And the videos that explain that anything that is not water or black coffee will break a fast. But I would make sure you've seen this video on the 5 biggest fasting mistakes: kzbin.info/www/bejne/p3rPZ6upibyYq6s and this one on the types of people who should not fast so you can make sure you're not dealing with any of these problems we talk about before you fast for that long: kzbin.info/www/bejne/al7WmYuPd6mYf9U Otherwise, ,a fast that long is just going to raise stress hormones, and the stress hormones will thicken up bile and work against the Beet Flow. Minerals are usually okay. But Beet Flow is a food based supplement so the body would view that as food and break a fast.

I am 55 and going through menopause but I have never taken hormone replacement therapy. Can my estrogen levels be elevated naturally due to menopause and that make the bile thicker? I have also been in a constant state of stress since my husband passed away suddenly a yr ago. I am struggling financially and emotionally so I am always under a lot of stress. When I take bile salts I have normal bowel movements but if I don't I stay constipated.
@KickItNaturally
@KickItNaturally 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Lynny, So sorry to hear about your husband. And yes, stress and other factors can raise estrogen. I don't view it as menopause raising estrogen. I view it more like the underlying cause of menopause has the ability to raise estrogen in some cases. But other factors can thicken bile as well. As far as constpation, it is possible (though rare) that ox bile can improve constipation by helping to lubricate the stool, but when that is the case, there are other underlying causes of the constipatiion. But constipation is pretty easy to fix. You can learn more about that here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rGHRla1ve9mheJY But you can figure out which aspects of digestion need help and how to fix them in our totally free digestion course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Let us know how it goes.
