If you using AMD GPU I recommend using TAAU over FSR and put render resolution between 66% - 75% this should fix the fps drops

I guess this issue is with frame generation. Turn off frame generation and now tweak settings accordingly... Frame generation is not worth in any GPU under 4000 series

This video has some good advices, and some not so much Frame generation mode is definitly something you should test on your system before writing it off. In a lot of cases it can give you a pretty significant frame boost, which can be usefull if you're running a 144hz+ screen and you're struggeling to reach your max fps

@@quantum_leap786 Those 50 frames aren't real frames. You have no input control over those supposed "frames" since they dont exist. They only give the illusion of a smoother image; theyre completely useless especially in a competitive FPS

try all low settings and DLSS Balanced and make sure your GPU is optimized inside Nvidia control panel

Set super resolution to 0, might fix your issue. That disables it entirely.

I hover around 90-130 fps on a 3080 and 5800x3d at 1440p, usually averaging around 100-110. I'm just using the high preset but I think I'll tweak some to try to get a consistent high refresh experience

This game does not look good enough to run this poorly. Why did graphics peak in like 2018? There's no reason I should be playing Overwatch at medium/high settings at 200+ fps, yet with Rivals I'm on the lowest settings possible with reduced resolution, only getting 50-85 ish fps depending on the situation.
