Totally agree on the ice fishing tent. I don't always fish in one, and often bring one but end up fishing outside anyway. However, if that wind picks up, having a tent to hop into is a day-saver.

Bruh you're killing it! That perch looked so frickin good!! So believe it or not perch eggs are very tasty just mash 'em flat and sprinkle on some seasoning, but personally I like a dash of garlic salt. Fry 'em up extra crispy right next to your fillets and you'll be surprised how good they are. Wishing you happy holidays and thanks for a seriously good content present! LIKE BUTTON SMASHED!

I would like to try the original seasoning. I would have kept that rainbow and taste tested it against the brown, to me rainbows are the best. Those perch don't need much time in the pan and are delicious
