This video shows you how to install a TRQ water pump in your 2005-2010 Chrysler 300. The water pump keeps coolant flowing through your engine. Common failures of the water pump will leave the coolant leaking, or stagnant. Both will lead to overheating if left untreated. Install a new engineered to fit water pump from TRQ for total peace of mind.

Great video. This will be the fourth time doing a water pump on the lx platform. Needed a quick reminder. Very instructional. Some insurance in addition to the belt inspection…Also inspect and replace tensioner and pulley if needed. If you hear squeaking on cold starts in conjunction with battery/charging issues, replace those parts. You can also find o-ring kits and replace the one on the heater line. And if you’re replacing the upper or lower hose, be careful, the inlet/outlet on the radiator are plastic.

Good vid but word of advice for the guys like me replace it all so you know that your system is good nothing Like a week later ur thermostat fails and your doing this all over again

Lot of rust does need a little cleaning. I think it is a good and helpful video but prefer holding water pump flush against engine block then installing bolts and water tube. Very good idea to torque bolts going into aluminum. Thanks for the really good video.
