My 2002 is VERY rusty underneath. The two bolts on side brackets have round heads. They just spin and I can't even get vise grips on them. Any ideas? First timer.

You did not give a socket size on outside bracket to bumper, Chrome bolt head on bottom of bumper...the inside nut you tightened to 37 Ft Lbs (The first one you torqued I believe @ 8:51 ) ...what size was that socket please???

Don't pull that bumper off. It's the only good chrome on the truck! Just saying
