As a 44-year-old male on TRT, this is very reassuring as this is exactly what I am worried about. I wonder if they are actual studies to back this?

There are. Peter Attia has a website where you can find the studies

If you’re going to say this, you should at least tell them how Robert.

Yes, but some are actual hypogonadal. If you are truly hypogonadal, it’s healthier to be on TRT to get to normal levels

Im 47 with 900-1000 natural test - 100 vit d . Naked daily sunlight & raw egg yolk daily over 15 years. No mammals consumed as fuel over 15 years. Egg yolk raw, some fatty fish sometimes, fruit & hours of naked sun exposure. 15 minute bodyweight exercises. No stress. Lots of gratitude for being alive. No processed foods. Add in not having a real job so I can live how I want. Its that simple really.

Just be cautious with that amount of naked sun exposure without sunscreen.

@@thomasgunn5229 I eat a dozen raw yolk a day. Have for years but the difference since I turned 44 which was 3 years ago is I now eat 2 meals a day & the same exact things no cheat days or cheat meals. I used to eat more carb variety like oats, potatoes, beans sometimes. Now I eat exactly the same. A dozen eggs, raw yolk half cooked whites. White rice, whatever fruit I feel like, some orange juice. Ill add honey sometimes on my food. And ill throw in some fatty salmon, oyster, clam every so often. Eggs are every day. Ive been doing that for 3 years straight no cheating. I used to eat 3 meals the same eggs but more carb variety. I cut out green vegetables maybe 10 years ago. What im doing now works for me better than anything ive ever done so far. Low fiber & no vegetables works for me. No mammals & high eggs & some fish for the animal products.

cancer cells occur regularly, the immune system takes them down in the best case. so what happens if that growth is accelerated? i doubt the strong case

If you don’t have a prostate anymore then prostate cancer is not really. Risk. Hence prostatectomy.

"...appropriate physician administered..." Yeah right. After the recent plandemic, who anymore trusts most physicians? Only one guy...Name three studies next time... otherwise I think I can make a very strong and compelling case that you're a high risk gambler with the lives of others...like a drug dealer in a casino.

Did men 'back in the day' 'way back when' lost testosterone or is it something that's getting worse over the years?

some studies suggest that its the lifestyle which worsens t levels and not age meaning that the longer one lives sedentary and with a shit diet, the lower his t levels get
