I don't know, but I feel like teens these days are becoming more deranged. When I say teens these days, I'm talking about middle class white kids. I've seen them use profanity words like it's nothing and do things that are anti social or go against the norms of society. Maybe, it's always been like this and I'm just paying more attention to it. Like, the lack of respect they have now is just mind boggling. I've seen it everywhere I go now. They aren't particularly violent, but they are rude and I guess they don't like being told what to do, so that's why I see them behaving the way they do. Like, I was riding my bike and these white middle class kids were riding on the wrong side of the road with their bikes, and an older man said hey you guys are going the wrong way, and they were cussing at him and everything. I stay away from them, now.

WoW! At 1st I thought that woman was full of it, when she said it felt like a shotgun & the news said water balloon. And then, the news said she had spinal fusion or neck surgery, then it made sense why it hurt her so much. These guys are playing harmless pranks & this woman with a neck injury is the exception. She has a concussion. Maybe she got hit really hard by an object weighing--at least--several pounds, launched at 50 to 60 mph. Water is non-compressive, so when the mass hit her head, before the force overcoming the balloon's strength, it would feel like getting hit with a hammer.
