It's a piece of paper with weight of truck, empty and with load. It's very common in Turkey to hear it, that you almost always need kantar fis, at border, customs office, at loading.

@@stevethepom "Kantar fiş" means weighbridge receipt. Before loading you need to weight your truck empty and after the truck is loaded, you weight it again so they know exactly how much goods loaded in the truck. It's also a good way to know if you're in road weight limits or not so you don't get a fine for over-weight.
