Yea, when you stop get out and walk. If you can, jog. Lots of truck stops have beautiful subdivisions or even empty 2 lane roads nearby. Just make sure you don't exercise unless you know you can get a shower or else you have to sleep all smelly and sweaty and thats nasty.

Mark was "the one" no one thought would end up behind bars. It's two years gone by now. Life for him is a routine. Everyday is the same. Just like being OTR. Now he's confined and has people who watch his every move.
