Hey brother I appreciate you, it’s really up to you in which path you choose to go. I went straight to lease after I finished all my training and I’m successful in it. I will get a truck my self soon also I want to be owner operator thinking of buying a new freightliner prime has lease purchase program for $14,000 down or if you lease for each year you’re leasing they will subtract the $1.000 from the 14,000 also which is nice, see you soon out here brother!

I bet rhat loves is full when you get there. That place fills up quick and early. Next time try exit 295 in Watkins. Theres a big dirt lot on the rt. Thats my go to for that area.

Yeah that loves is always full because it’s near Denver so no doubt about it and the flying j in Denver or the TA is even more crazy. I appreciate it you telling me about the other dirt lot spot I’ll definitely check it out one day. I like ammenities so I usually go to truck stops but a night somewhere else wouldn’t be too bad 🤷‍♂️

I'm thinking about getting into the transportation industry. Question to you guys that are having to be away from your families for weeks at a time. Does the ability to video chat help ease being away from the wife and kids? One family man to another?

Hey brother when you first come out here it’s hard being away from the family, but if you have a great wife who’s understanding and supportive like mines is then you will do great. Trust me I get home sick I miss my kids and wife all the time. Video chat or FaceTime like we do helps see each other but it’s still not the same thing as being there physically hugging the kids kissing them giving them a bath putting them to sleep spending time with them. It will be hard to get with the program but it’s good money great career to provide for the loved ones. To me the hardest time is being home and having to leave back on the road.

Good afternoon good sir I have question I'm trying to be in financial better situation for my family I have disabled daughter and just got custody of my other two girls cuz there mom passed away I'm new to trucking is prime good choice to start out with I have to do something it getting harder get my disabled daughter meds to keep her alive and healthy her insurance won't cover it I really need help on how to get started

Hello and good afternoon, prime is definitely a great choice. I started at prime and I don’t regret it one bit. It helped my family and I financially. We are able to enjoy life more than we ever did before. We can actually save quite a bit of money too from this career. I’m sorry to hear about your daughter but that is amazing for what you will do for her to give her the best life possible 🙏 you need to get a cdl permit and a physical then submit an application and the recruiter will call you right away the next business day.
