I’m guessing $58,995 for the ZR2 Bison. The truck looks awesome with 35” tires that actually fill the wheel well. It’s unfortunate that 90% of these trucks will be mall crawlers and never see dirt or rocks that it was designed for. The big negative that isn’t talked about is the small block V8 fuel mileage from a supposedly frugal 2.7L turbo 4-banger under the hood. I think owners will be lucky to see 17mpg during normal driving.
@nihontoman Жыл бұрын
I've seen mall crawler arguments and I kinda understand the situation, but at the same time, there are some people that genuinely benefit from Daily driving trucks like these. Take my father for example - he was always a higher ground clearance sporty wagon (think audi allroad) kinda guy, but he recently had to drive around my nissan xterra pro4x and he was hooked. He only complained about a stiffer/jouncier ride while driving the xterra, so we started our searches, and it turns out, a RANGER RAPTOR met all of his requirements: 1) it is fast, 2) it has good offroad capability, 3) it is very comfortable and maneuverable enough, especially for a truck, 4) it can haul 4 people and lot's of stuff, 5) it isn't a pig on gas. 6) it is not too big for european streets, like the f150 is. 7) he can take his granddaughter on small camping trips in the nature in his truck, and 8) he can daily drive it I mean yes, he could've bought something else, but it would be a compromise in some ways, but this thing just makes him smile when he's behind the wheel, and that is what counts in the end....
