I really like the look but I would not have gone over 22" IMO. I have a '15 R/T that comes stock with 22" and each wheel with tire weighs 104lbs so I would imagine your's weigh even more with the wider tire. Looks great though except makes the brakes look tiny. I will be doing a Brembo upgrade from the Hellcat soon to fill in that space. Great videos btw!

I have 17" wheels as well that I throw on for track days and get the full performance. These 24s only weigh about 80lbs with tires though so your 22s are super heavy! I'm posting up the wheel weight video tmw so check back for that! 😁

Power stop Z36 drilled and slotted rotors or if your willing to spend the money Baer brakes makes a 6 piston front caliper and rotor kit for about 4K but it would be worth it

Dude I've been looking and thinking about ghost letters that say hemi , that will start at the side of the bed right behind the cab 3/4 the height of side of the bed to the back of the truck now remember the are ghost letters so the will blend in to your paint ! Seen them on a 70 hemi cuda OMG Sharp car was black letters were super light grey fad to black sweet

Thanks for the video man love the way the tires and rims look on the ram obviously you're gonna lose a little bit of ride quality due to thinner tires But the tradeoff is the cornering And the looks. New subscriber here. Liking your videos so far. As for brake pads check out EBC Brakes. Definitely be better than whatever cheap stuff the dealership slapped on. Was planning on installing their Ultimax OEM pads on my truck in a few months.

Yeah EBC makes some good pads for sure! I mean I can still stop no problem but just requires a bit more standing on the pedal than some better pads probably. I'll probably just wait until these wear out and spend the money on fun mods lol

Ok the wheels look good and yes it will cause more wear and tear on your suspension and steering but there isnt going to be thay much difference in the time the parts will wear out

Yeah I agree! A bit more weight but definitely not much. It isn't like putting huge 35" tires on the truck, that definitely wears things out in a hurry!

How do you find the 305's under hard acceleration. Do they break loose easily or is the traction significantly better?

Hey Andrew. There is definitely more tire on the ground there is more traction. The only funny part is I bought these wheels and used as a package for cheap with tires and they have some sort of random cheap brand tire on them and just have the goodyear tire stickers on them lol. Not usually how I roll but they were already on there and once they wear out I'll definitely be putting better name brand tires on there!

They hook pretty well since they are 305 wide. For true drag racing though a 17 is the way to go. I have 17s for the drag strip 😎

Dude I've been checking out all the vids you've been posting good shit the fan conversion scares me a bit I'm in Illinois Peoria as a matter of fact we get some really narly heat but I like the elimination of the mechanical fan mine is a 14 as well not loaded like yours but still ok ,we get some high humidity as well as smoking heat should I try it what do you think

WaDuDeAli Hey I can tell you I put hikari L e d Lights in both my projection and fog lights. In my 2017 ram 1500 Laramie And the fog lights Seem to be way brighter then my projections lights I think I'm gonna spend the money and get HID for my protection and leave my LEDs In my fog lights. I'm not saying the led's don't work good in my projection lights It's just the light output is not as bright as the fog lights Hope this helps you And good luck with the project man

Hard road I completely agree! The Hikari LED are probably one of the brightest LED kits you can buy but the stock projectors don't seem to project the light very well with them. I'm also going to try a HID kit in the projectors soon. I'm putting out a video within the week showing exactly the light output of my setup against a wall so keep an eye out for that!

Omar Barraza yeah I definitely noticed a difference putting on my K&N intake. Biggest improvement in my opinion is it sounds badass and you can hear the engine a lot more now!

Well depends what your goals are. The stock 20" wheels and rubber are already 33" tall and if you put a level on your truck you can run 35s if thats what your into. Just be aware that leveling your truck and bigger tires will lose gas mileage.

They will fit your 2013 1500 shouldn't be an issue. It's all personal preference. I went with the 24s just cause it is a more exaggerated look and now trucks come stock with 22" wheels. Just wanted to be a bit different!
