recognizing now her bravery attacks and which aeons belong to make me so happy! Each aeon is represented (with the exception of two of the Magus Sisters, but they are technically a unit) and even tho they dont appear, I prefer more its just the sygil because, lets be honest, the giant aeon appearing each attack was certainly annoying, at least for me.

Real talk Yuna is easily the best character they've created. Fantastic movelist and EX skill along with an absolutely ridiculous set of HP attacks. Her flaws are...minor setbacks at worst because she has the ability to do just so much and with so many goddamn options at her disposal, Yuna is an absolute beast in the right hands. It's absolutely scary that they managed to turn around from the absolute broken mess of dog shit that was Rinoa and the lukewarm, mildly undertuned Kam'Lanaut and manage to come out with their most competently made character to date (even if she might be potentially oppressive to the game). I am fucking excited for Yuna and cannot wait for her to come out because she's going to be a blast to play, even if she gets slapped with the nerf hammer a few times in the future.

I swore I saw a trailer with the summons actually visible. This works too, summoning their glyph. Bahamut’s a bit off though, they should have had the giant glyph behind her as the Impulse orbs charge up then home in on a target. Conjuring several glyphs and orbs in front look weird. Hate we don’t see Cindy or Sandy’s attacks tho

@@OfficialMyDo Ive seen the datamine stuff but not a timeline. At the moment I am not getting my hopes up because I dont want them to be dashed (yet I cant help but hope its all true all the same). The only thing I dont quite understand is that there are 7 characters in the datamine. So either either they are just releasing more characters, its not true (considering how its been all true so far seems unlikely) or one most likely Zack is not a full blown new character but either a clone of Cloud or a slightly reworked Cloud just with his own lines and skins. Its also a little odd how all of season 2 (if correct ofc) save 2 are returning ones. You would think they would have had a mix in both season 1 and 2 instead Season 1 and 2 seem to be almost mirror reversed for new and old characters although given their majority of choices for new I definitely am not complaining. Do you have a link to the timeline pls?

Yuna was one of the characters I was waiting for, along with Vivi. She and Kain were the characters I played in 012, and she is one of my favorite characters from FF in general. I like the Marksman approach with the aeons' attacks being the focus, and how they referenced Yojimbo, Anima, and the Magus Sisters this time. Now that everyone can summon, I was wondering how they would make Yuna work. I am personally not as fond of Gunner/FFX-2 Yuna and was concerned they'd go that route instead, especially since the main 3 dresspheres in that game fit neatly into the 3 Dissidia roles and could work into a Specialist build. Keeping Valefor as her EX Skill was a good decision, since it is her first aeon and one of her most important storywise (it marks the beginning of her pilgrimage and saves her life at one point). It is also unique to FFX and doesn't overlap with any of the already available summons. If they had to have only one aeon from FFX actually manifest and have a more prominent role in Yuna's moveset, it makes a lot of sense to be Valefor. Yuna might get me interested in playing this again, but I might just wait for Vivi, as I think he's inevitable at this point.

I mean it's still weird. FF has gone to that point where they focus on Astral beings which are basically amped up aeons but Yuna is still the best person for the job when it comes to these things. She even has Valefor which is unique ONLY to her. Also let's face it. The other reason why they didn't make the aeon models is because making a Bahamut and a Shiva model based on FFX is just weird when there's an existing Bahamut and Shiva as Summons

Gilde mean you can slightly move around during that attack animation. Aside from Sonic Wings combo which has already been shown. Yuna and most marksmen don't really have that much combo potential. Also, I can't find that many combo footages.

Sorry to say this but Yuna is another disappointment to me. Its sound nitpick but.... I mean look, its summoner who can only summon one aeon (valefor). Since when 'Yuna' can using passado, Pain, or aerospark ? The one who can use it is Mindy, Anima, and Ixion not Yuna. Cant they make Yuna summon these aeons first then using their signature attack rather than Yuna swinging her wand around ?

Noctis Lucis Caelum Personally was hoping for a Yuna representative of 10-2 myself. We’ve plenty of mages already. In particular her summoning mechanic is troublesome considering the in-game mechanics were completely different from that of the other games. Since they don’t seem to reuse mechanics other potential summoners may now be off base. For her type of gameplay they’d have been better with... Rydia. Of the opinion that Rydia would have been the best choice.

As much as I anticipated for Yuna to finally made her return in Dissidia, I can't bear to feel off as well about her moveset here. Yuna using Ultima alone is already went too far from her identity, and now she can cast almost all of her Aeon's ability? Imo, I prefer if Yuna just have Valevor's abilities to be chosen as her HP attack, and her entire Bravery attacks consist her White Magics such as cure protect holy etc.

@@the13thjoker Yuna can still smacks with her staff. Besides, white mage is not really an attacker, that's what Valevor are came for. And it won't be as OP as you might think. If it completely restores all of HP/BRV in a single action, sure that was OP. But what if it only restores a little, or maybe heals HP at cost of BRV, etc. I'm sure there will always a way to balance stuffs. Afterall, Duodecim already have Cure used by Lightning, and that proved not to be OP, right? And considering NT is a 3 vs 3 team battle, wouldn't you want another full-pledge support character other than Y'sthola?
