From a very young age my mom always told me that I shouldn't let anybody touch me and that I could trust her. Thanks to that I made it out of two potencial rapes one from a family member and other from her "friend" that tried to. Since she taught me how to recognize those things what to do, I was able to get out of it and call her, she never doubted me and protected me, I'm so thankful for that. At home she told me how the mother's brother had tried to abuse her. I hugged her and promised to make it right. We went to the Police, and they went to the house. The brother was still there. He was taken in for questioning. I was really disturbed in case he had abused his niece. He had, several times. He was found guilty and sentenced. I was so proud of my daughter. Children do not make up abuse. They don't even know about such matters. We owe it to them to listen and act. To brush it off is simply horrible. I'm so glad your mom believed you.

How did the hospital staff not report the abuse to the police when they examined her at the hospital? Tiffany was failed all around! Was her mother so caught up with the rapist that she ignored her daughter? Most parents can pick up a mood swing from their children and notice when they are ill. This mother says she thought she was jealous. What?!! She had to record him in order for someone to believe her! The parole board releasing him and not notifying her is extremely a failed system. If she appeared at the previous hearings, why would she skip the last one. I hope she finds healing and peace. This is horrific.

I laughed so hard when they said the Dimitrions may be in the Philippines, because I was thinking the very same thing. The FBI will have to go to the Philippines and flash some cash reward and those two will be in custody in a heartbeat. Do not count on the poor folks in the Philippines to see the offered reward on TV because majority of the Filipinos live below the poverty line. They do not own a TV set or a cell phone. The ruling elite in that country is among the worst of the controllers. The FBI thinks they are that good, but a Filipino acquaintance's husband who murdered someone here in the US escaped to the Philippines and came back with a different identity. No problem. When a friend told me this story, I was aghast, but chuckling as well. The Philippines has over 7000 islands. Good luck finding that needle in a haystack.

The poor people have cellphones and tv thanks to their White American brothers in law, son in law, uncles. Or thanks to their Filipino daughter sister, and niece who are in a long distance relationship with a white foreign or living with him .
