@jotarokujo36034 жыл бұрын
You are all wrong. It comes down to storage space. There’s an exponential increase in storage space required as quality increases. i.e. if you double the quality of a video it will require more than twice as much storage space. This is where the issues occur. Of course lower quality cameras are cheaper to buy outright but the difference is negligible, there’s absolutely no difference in the running cost between cameras of different qualities. Although wacko is the most right, security footage in a business typically only exists to satisfy insurance companies.

@GlennaVan4 жыл бұрын
I don't think that is how her mom came across, but she did say she told her she didn't approve of her behavior. I certainly would not want the world to think I encouraged this type of behavior in my daughter. All of us know that being so needy of being pretty and getting attention leads to questionable situations - that behavior does not attract the most upstanding people in our communities. The mother is heartbroken that a lifestyle of which she did not approve led to the death of her daughter. I am quite certain she wishes she could have done something years before that would have discouraged her daughter away from that false life. However, often there is no way you can discourage it. Tragically, her daughter's life choices put her in a position where some sick, perverted monster made her the center of his world for a few hours. The victim did not get snatched from her home or walking home from the grocery store. However, her behavior certainly does not give anyone a right to harm her, but she was surely warned many times about getting drunk and flaunting herself the way she was apparently doing.
@lonnieanderson89184 жыл бұрын
Glenna Rose Thank you for pointing that out! I definitely agree with you, makes sense. 👍🏽👍🏽
@45eno4 жыл бұрын
@@GlennaVan Well said, this is how I was thinking about the situation. Of course no one should have put a hand on her regardless of her poor choices. In this fallen world there are people that will prey on others and her behavior put her in the company of people wanting to harm her. There is a reason why people tell women especially not to get drunk or flaunt in public without someone there to keep an eye on you. It's the world we live in and people can try to ignore this but it is reality. Most of us don't think she deserves it but the reality of the world is there are sick people and her behavior increased her odds she would have a run in with a bad person. Similar to all those travelers that go to dangerous places of the world to prove a point that they should be able to and then end up usually getting raped & murdered. In the perfect world they should be able to travel without harm and women should be able to make poor choices without getting harmed but reality doesn't always end up the way things should happen.

I used to work security at clubs and have never liked the effects of alcohol on myself or others....as it does make you cognitively vulnerable. In this situation, it was probably a sexual assault cover-up by fire done by someone who either worked there or frequented the venue. And they probably did it before so they are in the system already and didn't want a dna match to a prior case. And cities like LA, Vegas and Miami....are social-petri dishes for psychopaths and sociopaths, so when you are in these "fun" places you need to have extra situational awareness and be cautious of ppl you meet... Not everyone is there to party and have fun!!

In the entire episode it was stated that Kevin had proposed to her and she told him no and his money game was weak after his business failures if my memory serves me correctly. That's why I am not feeling this edited version. I have always found the claims of Kevin her so called boyfriend sketchy. Bear in mind he was ejected first because "HE" was feeling some kind of way about guys with more money and affluent were checking for her. The entire episode sheds more light and I am convinced he did it.

What happened to her wasn't her fault and who she was did make her vulnerable, but who she was isn’t a result of her parents but of her own self

Even if he didn't do anything to her personally, his actions put her at risk big time. You do not kick out the only person who knows her like that. You tell them both to leave, then document how they left the establishment. That all gets put in the report at the end of the night. That way if something happens to anyone the police have something to go off of. The bouncer was either A) A COMPLETE MORON....B) VERY INEXPERIENCED or both. Anyone who has worked in venue security knows that woman are a target. You have to pay attention. Also many owners of these types of places just don't care and hire people that never question them. It's rare ownership let's their staff do the right thing.
@markmike79333 жыл бұрын
You guys watch way too many TV shows. My previous post explain that I was a bouncer and what usually happened. He didn't just "grab" her. With guys groping and grabbing at her, he lost it and if he "grabbed" her that would be enough for me to ask him to leave. I would ask the lady if she wanted to go with him or stay and whatever she decided...she was an adult. I'm guessing it was an opportunistic crime form someone hanging around the club. That is what most often happens.
@jujitsuman99343 жыл бұрын
@@markmike7933 "she was an adult" typical bouncer attitude. You gotta go a little further in situations like that. If he was being violent with her and you make a decision that they need to leave separately, then at least get the plate number of the car she leaves in. That way PD has something to go off of if something happens. All those things need to be documented when you're doing venue security. It has nothing to do with watching movies, it's about being thorough.

Totally. It's all artificial drama. Particularly because his alibi relies on so much that is completely falsifiable. Is there a receipt for the taxi? Which taxi driver picked him up? Does that driver recognize him? How about hotel staff? Anyone remember him coming into the lobby that night? Key card used on his door? What towers did his cell phone ping at what times? Where was he, precisely at the time she left the club? What about video surveillance at the hotel or along his entire route? Lots of pieces that could be validated/falsified. This is not your typical, "I was walking along an empty beach all night after my wallet and cell phone were stolen." type alibi. I feel for the boyfriend in this story. I’ve been through a couple situations just like this (even down to my gf flashing everyone with no panties on) except my gf didn’t die bc of it but she did end up getting raped the second time it happened. The only difference between my experience and this one is that she purposely got me kicked out bc she was blackout drunk and annoyed that I was “trying to stop her having fun”. I stayed with her after it happened with the condition she went to inpatient rehab and stopped drinking but she only stayed sober about a year then completely lost control, lost her job, lost everything, and died at the age of 32 from alcohol. What kills me about it is she had the world in the palm of her hand and could’ve done anything she wanted; everyone loved her, smart as hell, and was extremely good looking. Stay away from alcohol folks it’s straight up poison and will destroy you.
