We do not wash our Bra's every single time we wear them, we usually wear them more than once. Friends and family ALWAYS try to make murdered victims seem like victim of circumstances, NO ONE moves in your house without permission and if they do getting them out should be easy. I met a guy at the beach when I was 17 I didn't like his appearance or attitude, so I told him my name was Nicole, next day he was out side my home , that was a red flag before I knew what red flags were. The only way he found my home was to follow me home. He proceeded to 'happen to be in my neighborhood ' kept leaving things that my roommates were glad to receive. One day he came and asked when we can go out I told him NEVERERY!!!! he got mad and asked back for things I never recieved because of a deceitful roommate, to summarize he told me anytime he saw me with a Man he would hurt us both, thankfully he tried to take back his money after losing a gambling game, and he was killed on the spot. My condolences to the victim , we are ALL allowed to make mistakes however some cost us more than regret.

And honestly, the people in this thread are putting the blame on women instead of calling out the men who are assholes. So instead of “women, don’t let these losers in your lives” we should instead maybe say “men, don’t be losers” Edit: and yes this goes the other way around, but everyone is talking about women knowing better so there we are.

Kevin once claimed to be his brother John when he got arrested so he doesn’t have any qualms about involving family in the process.

Not everyone washes their bra each time they wear them. The DNA found on her bra strap could have been from anytime prior to her actual murder. It sounds like they have the right person in prison for her murder. So very sad for her family's loss.

"I genuinely believe he feels sorry for her family". Umm. No. No killer has ever felt guilt or remorse or ever been apologetic towards a family of the person they murder. If he felt sorry for the family he wouldn't have committed the murder.

Yes, I feel sorry for her and she didn't deserve what happened to her, but she brought an unstable, obviously violent and manipulative person into her kids' lives with no regard for their safety.

“She was one of our own so that was motivation to turn over every rock”. I’m not trying to be that person but shouldn’t cops be motivated regardless of the person? That’s what’s wrong with the system smh

I hate when cops and law enforcement say "one of our own" like they actually give 2 $ hits about the case, rather than it being just another every day innocent person they can toss to the side.

there is no reason that the DNA on the bra should have been as big of a piece of evidence as it was. does her bra relate to how she was murdered? There’s a million reasons why someone’s dna might be on it that ISNT related to murder. had her boyfriend’s dna BEEN on it, that still isn’t proof of guilt - again, they were DATING.

Someone who probably shouldn't have gone on the date in first place bc she apparently didn't trust the man or had a gut feeling not to..yet going out just to be nice can be very costly and it's better to be considered rude n put off than to let someone who gives u bad vibes a chance n feed their possible delusional thoughts which might make them act in crazy ways
