Truett, what you are capable of is really rare. Being able to keep the uppper body strenght/endurance (on this level) combined with your running performace is incredible. What has been your avarage weekly millage and number of pull ups for last 3 months? Next time in some more sporty apparel :). You can easly shave off another 10 mins. Good luck and stay injury free

Mine best steps this week is 10000 something and its my phone so I of course taking more than that but still I had feet busted after that day and u are about to run a marathon now thats sounds more like u than Goggins or vise versa idk why I said this but yeah on your way to greatness

I started running a like 2.5 months ago and recently did my first 10k. Took me 57 minutes though lol. Goal is a sub 3:30 marathon next September.

I would like the future of humanity to look and think more like this guy and the only way that can happen is if people like him have large families.
