Should never have happened. Bragg has NO LEGAL STANDING to bring a federal felony case. A NY D.A. cannot do that BY LAW! He concocted a felony case because the statute of limitations had expired on the misdemeanor charges. The felony case REQUIRED that the payments to Stormy Daniels, which were not illegal, be connected by evidence to a Trump scheme to influence the outcome of the 2016 Presidential election. However, 1. Those payments actually occurred AFTER the election, and, 2. That charge never appears in either the general indictment or any of the 34 individual indictments. Merchan should have tossed the case when it was filed. It's totally BOGUS.
