A New York judge has indefinitely postponed Donald Trump's sentencing in his on-going hush money case.
The President-elect was due to be sentenced on Tuesday, after multiple delays.
In May he was convicted of 34 counts of falsifying business records.
The case stemmed from payments Donald Trump's former lawyer made to adult film actress, Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election. A new sentencing date has not been set.
Prosecutors had asked the court to consider deferring all proceedings in the case until after Mr Trump finishes his next four-year presidential term.
The judge also granted the request of Mr Trump's team to file a motion to dismiss the case.
