What people really need to understand is that Justice must set a precedent that is clear. For the sake of argument: let's separate Trump himself from these charges. Then based on these indictments... do we, as a country, find this kind of criminal behavior acceptable or not? If Trump or anyone can get away with these actions, then that would set a precedent that any and all future presidents could do the very same thing , that is... to call an election fake , phony , and try to stop the constitutional process of affirming the results of an election. That could mean that every single future election could be challenged beyond the normal recount audits ---- Now do we want to have a country like that? Where every election loser can cry foul in perpetuity?? Same thing in the Document case. If Trump can get away with claiming that those classified top-secret documents were his, and rightfully so... then every future President could also leave office and take all of the same kinds of documents along with them, claiming them as a right. Trump did it, got away with it, so why cant I? Do we really want to set that as a precedent??? And then would we also set a precedent for obstructing Justice when it is convenient to do so? Think about it. This is much bigger than Trump. It is more important than politics. It should be about what kind of country we want to live in. Thanks for listening.

When voters (Republicans, Independents) choose Trump for President (or any governing office) they are saying that they are willing to hand over to Trump any, and all, power of self determination and self rule. By doing so, voters give away ALL their power. For if one disagrees with Trump you are off his 'team' of one. Apparently, voters are in total agreement with Trump's way of governing, regardless of legality, morality, and/or truth. Trump's unwritten philosophy is: 'The End Justifies The Means'. Try looking up Senator Armstrong's speech from the video game Metal Gear Rising Revengeance.
