Why can't he understand the logic here: You commit a crime, you get charged, you go to court, you get convicted, you get penakized, you go to prison. Right now it's those 'Presidential privileges' that are keeping him out of prison because the Secret Service don't want to be on Trumps prison detail ! In order for Trump to be imprisoned there needs to be a section or wing that can be isolated for him and his security because the security is supposed to be able to protect him at all times and that cannot happen in general population. The Secret Service carry guns too but they cannot be allowed in the general population of a prison unless they are accompanied by a substantial force and the prisons are not set up to house such a force. So finding a suitable prison with a wing that can be isolated is almost impossible due to the high population in prisons now ! Until those privileges are changed he will avoid prison !
