Nah man you got it backwards. If you hear how kid trunks talks to people he sounds exactly like vegeta. Mainly because he actually got to be raised by him. Future trunks sounds a lot like bulma so he complains a lot. One of my favorite new lines is when kid and future trunks are talking about black and kid trunks knocks him down and asks where his sayian pride is. Shit is a great come around line. Same thing Vegeta asked him when they were fighting the androids.

Also sucks that despite Trunks beating the androids and cell by himself after suffering his entire life and losing loved ones in the future and past to this shit, he still lost everything in Super for bullshit reasons due to Zamasu, he literally can't catch a break and they just fucked what little he gained after this.

The only thing I can guess is why the androids are different than they were in future trunks' timeline is that Cell wasn't released, or wasn't completely evolved yet. Cell was a factor that created a butterfly effect.

Unpopular opinion but minus the murder sprees, the androids of Future Trunks’ timeline are scarily understandable. Imagine you’re the strongest person on the planet. You are a 11/10 on the strength scale, you’re immune to bullets from guns,tanks, or any police weapons for that matter. The closest strongest person to you is a 2/10 on the scale. Now imagine it’s the superbowl or game 7 of the nba finals and you want to go but you don’t have any money to afford it. Then a thought pops inside your head. Who’s gonna stop me? I just find it interesting how the future androids are on the opposite side of the scale of say Spider-Man

And if it had ended with Trunks destroying his body it would've been so much better than Zamasu turning into the literal sky and latching to it in different timelines like a symbiote. The whole concept of that felt like an afterthought and not matter how much sense you try to make of it it's the goofiest thing that could have happened. I'm pretty sure even if a being is immortal like Zamasu was, death would've still happened by destroying every atom of said being. That's more up to speculation though since we have no way to actually prove it with our general understanding of science and biology.
