No doubt! Here are my takeaways from all of his videos I've been watching the past few days: -Focus on execution/process NOT outcome -Focus on performing in the here and now -Frustration leads to split focus on past and you need 100% focus on execution -Trust in your skills that you've successfully executed over and over (have confidence in your skills) -Biggest issue is fear of failure - --Bad passing and losing (this is mine btw) --Create a new reaction ----I'm not perfect, I make mistakes - it's okay, I need to accept that and move on ----Somebody has to win every game and it can't always be you! ----Have to take a step back and understand winning comes from execution ----Stop putting pressure on yourself for winning and focus on getting into a trusting, accepting, and confident mindset -Be overly free and trust in your skills and you won't over-control -Only focus on one step at a time -Training mindset vs. performing mindset: don't try to fix things in the game and trust in your skills
