TRX Suspension Trainer Review by a Physical Therapist

The day my physical trainer introduced me to TRX was the day my attitude towards working out changed forever. I love this method of body resistance training. I can get a great full body workout that doesn’t hurt my joints, and I have extensive arthritis. I bought a set for home during lockdown . You can literally take them anywhere.

Was unaware of the TRX system. Have always used the exercise bands that you get in PT. I think I will look into them because I have been "smacked" in numerous ways with the bands. Thanks. Great video.

You are thinking of stretching, elasticated bands. I use non-stretch cloth straps; before that I just used a cloth belt. My main interest is isometrics.

People are spending way too much money on trx... you buy the same quality for cheaper.. I went to my local gym equipment warehouse and bought iron armor suspension straps for $75
