Jaxon and Vivienne are a bit younger so I think the rest of the cast was at a disadvantage. Those songs are impossible not to sing to if you're 25+ and were into emo music growing up
@charliebell5584 Жыл бұрын
I mean, I'm 22 years old and know every single one of these songs. But I guess it just depends on the people you hang around with growing up. They probably didn't spend time with people that listen to this kind of music, so they would've never heard it or gravitated towards it.

Fully agree. It is super easy to hold yourself back when bops you knew about later that weren't popular but the boys you grew up with? Even if you swear up and down you hated them... you still can't help yourself

Vivienne is a very special young person, not knowing the quintessential Nickelback song but absolutely losing it to Down With The Sickness? What a queen. I feel like this would go differently, or at least be potentially even funnier, if you paired the Gen Zs with the millennials, just to see the Gen Zs look at us like "what..."

1995-2015 were the best two decades of music for me. I know some people will say it's the 80s, maybe even the 70s, but the variety of great songs from 1995-2015 was just fantastic. And I listen to all of them. I don't care who sang it or what genre it was, as long as it sounded good to me, I listened.

Finally i was waiting for this one since the 90's video from a few months ago. 2000's rock is often overlooked because of some people thinking that nothing could top the 90's when it comes to rock music. And while i agree that 90's was the best decade for the genre (In my opinion of course) the 2000's are a very close second.
@thealjohnsonshow2188 Жыл бұрын
I may be a hip-hop fanatic, but the 2000s were my gateway into rock music. I am forever grateful and thankful to have grown up in a decade where these songs connected with my ears. I'd so like a Part 2 to this, because there's so many more.
