INGREDIENTS
cook the quinoa
▪️ 1 cup of quinoa
▪️ 1.5 cups of water
▪️ pinch of salt
Assemble the meal prep cups with quinoa
▪️ 3 tablespoons of cooked quinoa
▪️ 1/2 cup of milk
▪️1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▪️ juice of 1/2 lemon and grated skin
▪️ 1 tablespoon sweetener use monk fruit
▪️ 1 tablespoon of Greek Yogurt
▪️2 tablespoons of cinnamon
▪️ pinch of salt
