INGREDIENTS
BASIC
1/2 cup of milk
▪️ 3/4 cup rolled oat flakes | 3/4 cup rolled oats
▪️ 1 teaspoon chia
▪️ 1 pinch of salt
▪️ 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
▪️ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▪️ 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cream
▪️3 tablespoons Greek yogurt, plain
▪️2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
▪️1 teaspoon vanilla extract
TIRAMISU
▪️30 ml strong espresso coffee
▪️1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
optional
▪️1 tablespoon mascarpone or ricotta cheese
STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM
Strawberry syrup:
▪️5 strawberries
▪️2 tablespoons of sweetener
▪️ Juice of ½ lemon
Optional
▪️1 tsp chia
APPLE AND CINNAMON
▪️1 apple
▪️2 tablespoons of sweetener
▪️ Pinch of salt
▪️1 tablespoon of cinnamon
▪️1 tablespoon of water

▪️1 tablespoon of butter
▪️2 tablespoons of white wine
