This dailiy routine is perfect for anyone, but especially for those who spend extended periods of time in poor posture. This can help decrease the occurrence of headaches if done consistently.
Always start slowly and gentle with any excercise and stretch. Use correct form as instructed.
We recommend stretching as often as possible to get the best results. With this routine the exercises can be repeated 2-3x each session and you can perform at least 2 sessions a day.
