I usually don’t leave comments on videos but you are changing my life! For health reason I need fairly low impact workouts but struggle finding the right kind that fit into my schedule. I love your encouraging energy and these videos are the perfect length. Feeling so much stronger already!

I never tried Pilates until I watched Love is Blind and Raven peeked my interest. I am much more energetic and confident since I started adding Pilates to yoga for my workout routine in addition to walking.

I did this workout on a Sunday morning after walking my dog and it was the perfect way to start the day energised. It was tough though, I had to drop the weights at some point 😅 Thank you for this workout, can't wait to try out more from your channel ❤

Fabulous workout and channel! I did Pilates for about 15 yrs but stopped, and oh boy--my body has changed for the worse :( Looking fw to following your workouts and getting back into shape. I'm old now and not able to do anywhere near what I used to, but I'm going to do it!

Post Partum mom to a 6 month old plus 3 additional kids under 8 yrs old. Hating the way I look, hating the excuse of "you just had a baby", ready to be my goal size and tone. This was my first ever Pilates workout and I may have found my workout style! Thank you Raven. What beginner equipment do you recommend. Also is it just me but I have zero arm strength so that whole opening of the legs while laying/ balancing on one arm is a struggle!! Also, probably shouldn't have started with 5lbs weights ( "if you don't have good shoulders".. oops that's me)

You told us that your mother was white and your father black. I don't know precisely what kind of upbringing you had. But it would help if you had more self-respect from now on. You are great. You have a value. Don't keep returning to a man who made a fool out of you. He did not want to marry you. My advice for you is to let go of shitty men because they won't change. Also, go to Church, you need to have a spiritual guide too. I wish you the best, you are a beautiful soul.
