Hi coach, so I have seen about 3 conjugate workout videos and I just wanna ask that do u keep increasing the weight every set for ur main lift like the front squat or the overhead press? And what are the sets and reps?

I currently have 3 herniated disks from C5-7 and pinch nerves so no hard training going on right now on top of the fact that im in a bulking phase and traveling so that doesn’t help. With that being said these aren’t excuses lol I’ll be back as soon as I get my injuries taken care of. I don’t think I’m too bad though considering I’m 215. Check into my recent photos on IG man lol I appreciate the support though.
