YES AT LAST.. I’ve been waiting for someone to actually cook a proper Minted Lamb Burger because these are my number one go to burgers and Andy you have yet again Nailed it.. they look delicious and I’m trying your recipe out at the weekend.. I’m a huge minted lamb burger fan.. I prefer these to any other burger made .. they truly taste amazing.. the best ones I’ve found were sold in Tesco called Acre Farm minted lamb burgers But as usual the minute I find them they decide not to sell them anymore 😳😳 yep no longer for sale and I questioned it to the manager and he said it was because they were so popular that Tesco have decided to do their own .. but guess what they haven’t actually got any yet to try … gutted but it means doing it myself which you are showing me and I’m gonna try it.. cheers Andy 👍👍

That's a nice looking burger you done there Andy. I'm not normally a big fan of lamb but i might well give that a go. And that chefree air fryer looks really good and a very good price as well. I've been thinking of buying one for a while now, i might just take the plunge with this one.

Hi Andy lamb burgers a favorite of mine,though unlike you I keep the meat plain,I am very American about how I make a burger,here we just push the meat together very gently,salt,and pepper on the outside,then pan fry,or grill.When you mix a lot of things into burger meat you get a sort of solid texture,which I think is the way all burgers are in the UK,here the texture is light,almost as if it wants to crumble,but doesn’t,then I make a mint alioli,and chopped sundried tomatoes,rocket,and red onion,or mint alioli,goat cheese,caramelized onions,As I write this I am thinking that Spanish sheep’s milk blue cheese( Cabrales) would go very well with a lamb burger. You make me want a lamb burger,I must call the butcher for some lamb mince,thanks Andy.

Sounds really good, yes the lamb burger I did was really good, I have now started you off wanting a lamb burger 😂😂 enjoy it, it sounds great 👍🏻

Another masterclass, Andy🧑🍳! Thing is, I like mint when I'm cooking new potatoes, peas, beans and in me mushy peas. Not keen with lamb, though. Never done it for me, but I'd certainly make those burgers and maybe sub the mint with fennel seeds or tarragon.
@fatandy7 ай бұрын
Why not 👍🏻 mushy peas and mint yessss I love it 👍🏻
