succ me so basically when your body eats large amounts like this, it sends your body into a panic and you start to produce insulin at a rapid rate to process the food load. before your digestive system can catch up, too much sugar from the food has been broken down leading to lowered blood sugar!! keith is essentially artificially lowering his blood sugar and depending on how low someone’s blood sugar is, it could make them stagger, slut their words, and even pass out

I think it's also because since they properly got all the menu varieties down (and Wendy's labeled them), Keith didn't have to eat the same thing over and over again (Like in the Pizza Hut ep). Eating a lot of food isn't impossible. Eating the same food over and over again in a short time can really drive you insane.
