I’m so sorry they put you through that. The number one thing I’ve found that leads me to success in anything I try is trust. Being willing to let go of my need for control and trust that if I relax and let my teacher guide me that I’ll be safe. Having that trust violated is the worst thing that can happen as a student. I hope that experience hasn’t kept you from trusting other mentors in your life. *hugs*

Yeah I had the same experience with my already pretty bad fear of heights and the fact that I had just learned to properly swim less than a week from that, they had us try it once, half explained because they also had their group that had been there for a while expected us to be able to do it, I only lasted a month because my panic attacks where getting extremely bad because of it but I wish I had someone to actually teach me because I know I would have loved it with the right teachers 😔

it's hard to fully grasp the gravity of how badly ned has fucked up. his career is over, gonna have to put that yale degree to use now. a large part of his social circle has cut him off. his boys won't be able to google him without knowing how he betrayed their mother. he left his business and the best friends he founded it with in a shitty uncertain position. plus the entire try fam and his parents must be so disappointed. it almost feels intentional, like he wanted this. i find it hard to believe the business savvy "HR" guy would conveniently forget everything he was sacrificing and everyone he was hurting for a fling. the damage is astronomical. i'm anxious to see how the guys and the try fam handle this massive fracture he has created. alex lost two of her best friends from this, probably more. she will have to resign as i can't imagine that will be a comfortable workspace for her now. such a tragic shame. and his apology was awful.

Watching their videos back is going to be so saddening and nostalgic now, especially old ones. I wish The Try Guys and Ariel the best🥺 I’m honestly grateful for the company they’ve always kept me and the laughter they’ve brought into my life.

I don’t see the channel surviving. They were already dropping in views… i was already moving away from the channel because of all of the pseudoscience bullshit they promote.

@@trombonesarecool1 Yeah, I get it. I totally understand why people are disappointed and feel betrayed, he messed up pretty badly and there’s no doubt about that. At the same time I can’t help but feel this wave of overwhelming sadness because of all the fond memories related to this channel that I very much cherish. I’m in no place to tell people what the proper way to react to this is, all I know is that most people cheat (that’s factual) and while there’s no real valid excuse for that, everyone is judging him very harshly and that’s what happens when you don’t view “famous” people in the same category as normal human beings with faults and end up holding them in higher regard. We should all be a bit more forgiving and rational when it comes to these matters, but that’s just my opinion.
@froryte
@froryte Жыл бұрын
@@trololollool5124 valid yea we're all just humans who make mistakes, thing is they kind of have to be viewed differently is because so called famous people have a larger audience or say platform and viewer base than most regular people and their actions and opinions can affect media and consumers heavily and whatever happened there were definitely ways to prevent it but oh well whatever happened, happened already, I hope everyone, from the people involved to all the people that are just viewers, heal from all this and eventually move on😔 was definitely not a good morning for me to wake up to the news as well
@trololollool5124

@@froryte But that was kinda my point all along. We shouldn’t have this level of unhealthy attachment to celebrities or Internet famous people to the point we put them on a pedestal and expect them to do no wrong because they’re our “role models”. They don’t owe us anything (especially when it comes to their private life) because at the end of the day, we know them more than they know us.. And as much as we want to act like we have a very strong bond there’s still a screen filtering their lives. It’s a unilateral relationship. Sad but true.

Ned at 2:20 - “I wasn’t planning on having a third child, but I want to have the option, you know” Yeah no you just ruined that option for yourself there mate. How he could talk about stuff like that while knowing damn well he was cheating on Ariel baffles me.

@@mariasworld2582 we don’t know whether that’s true since it’s according to girls that saw him at the bar. We can only wait and see what happens next or what Ned will say next. @@jackstein3535 Very true. I can't imagine how awful it'd be to see my dad's name plastered everywhere as a whore. Regardless of who he is, it isn't fair to his kids. If he treats them right, he should be allowed to. However, he is no longer allowed within 100 feet of any woman ever

As a queer person, there is actually nothing more amazing than seeing two incredibly accomplished queer people wholeheartedly enjoy the comfort and safety of each other's company on that 10 metre, the song, the joy, the queerness of it almost made me tear up, even as I laughed my ass off. I loved this video.
