I know I keep commenting lol how annoying, but when I was in AP art in high school I learned that it’s better to make a color close to black by combining a bunch of colors instead of using a black paint. it seems to blend nicer with whatever you’re painting as black paint can come off very harsh and so sudden if that makes sense. also if you ever need art advice, you can dm me on twitter (: i’ve been doing art for about 10 years now and would love to give advice where I can!

I would suggest getting a sealant spray for more fragile pastels or paints it seals it in so it won't get ruined as easily I use them on my soft chalk pastels it stinks and is flammable so do it outside away from any open sparks or flames u can find some cheap on Amazon mine was under $10

I did the same thing I bought all of the paints and I went crazy buying the watercolor brush pens I love them I am obsessed with them. I put my own watercolor inks in them. Mermaid markers eat your heart out.
