So 911 tavern are the original wings with that texture, and I think it’s garlic bits and maybe parm mixed in the sauce. More wings spots have taken notice of 911 wings sauce and kinda made their own versions of it.

Wings used to be a throw away junk meat that nobody wanted except for the people who used to always have to make yummy dishes out of a lot of “throw away” meat. I picked around the veins and cartridges and I could eat 20 and get barely a bite off of each one because I picked any discoloration off the chicken ci tried to at one that I a make for my husband and his friends on football nights and ate it like a pro without looking at what I was eating g and when I quit thinking about what I was possible eating I enjoyed it.
