The fish inside this oven is not called iraqi masgouf..the way is very different Yes, we use this method, but not call it masgouf, the original method is burning firewood and fish are placed around firewood in a certain way. Of course, there must be a place outside a large and special place. I think the owners of the restaurant did not have enough space or laws in the USA prevent this ... @@RockstarEater Dolma is incredible, if you try it and it wasn't so, then you try a different place (even if it was good, as everyone makes it differently), you need to find an Iraqi home, they'll make the right kind of Dolma, and look out for them onions!! ZOMG! Also thank you so much for featuring Iraqi food, I've been in the UK for 15 years, and I miss the food so much!
