Trying NEW Disney Food Booths At EPCOT Food & Wine Festival 2021! | Morocco, Noodle Exchange & More!

In today's vlog we head to Disney's EPCOT for another round of Food & Wine Festival 2021 fun! We start with a look at some wait times and then head to the World Showcase to try food from some of the booths that are new to the festival this year. We have some pork udon from the Noodle Exchange booth. We tried all of the food items from the Tangerine Cafe kitchen in the Morocco pavilion. We had the chicken grilled kebabs, fried falafel pita, stone baked Moroccan bread and the pistachio cake. Then we end the day with the mushroom and truffle tart at the Rotunda Bistro in the American Adventure pavilion. i'm so glad that the food at Tangerine Cafe is good for the festival! The sour taste in the hummus was probably the tahini and lemon juice, if they made it fresh the taste of those is going to be a lot more pronounced than if you buy it in a container from a store!

Especially during the pandemic when we are sequestered in the house and can't get to Disney World ourselves, it is so enjoyable watching you and your lovely family enjoying Disney together. They've had that snack credit symbol on all the festival menus even during the past year when it clearly wasn't coming back anytime soon back then..... I wonder why, though. It's definitely confusing.... Maybe so they can reuse it next year? idk....

Middle Eastern food is so delicious and the Morocco pavilion is always very vegetarian friendly. Hummus has lemon in it, so that’s the citrus you’re tasting.

I was lucky enough to go to Disneyland Paris a few years ago with my fiancée. We rode Ratatouille and it is hands down my favorite Disney ride. I am so excited for it to come to Epcot and just as excited to see what Tim and Jen think of it!

Pistachio cake is like my favorite dessert ever. When I was a kid my Grandma used to make me a Pistachio Bundt Cake with Pistachio Cream Icing every year for my birthday. Mmmm, and that one looks delicious.

Tangerine Cafe used to be my favorite QS in Epcot, here's hoping it comes back. The restaurant back in the back is open during F&W to just go into and sit and eat from the booths so AC. We will be there early in Sept. but only for 5 days, hoping to try as many items from booths as we can.

We never get to try this much at the festivals since our time is limited, and we tend to gravitate toward things we're more convinced we would like. We so appreciate you trying so many options and providing reviews so that on future trips we can feel more confident trying things outside of our comfort zones. Good point, and you're absolutely right, Tim - they need to either be much more clear, or have a map, those Festival Passport. Wouldn't want to eat hot soup/broth in the heat, but otherwise everything at the Noodle Exchange looks good. Surprised the egg wasn't soft boiled, but guess it's easier to do the pickled on mass quantities - you shluld have cut it up, to blend with the rest of the soup, and give it another flavor. When Tangierine Cafe was a QS, I'd almost always et lunch there on my Epcot days - reasonably priced, delicious and "different" food. I LOVE anything pistachio, so that cake has me drooling right now! That chicken kebab looks really good too. Disappointing that none of the CM's either offered to help you carry all that food, or something else to help. I would probably have told them I'd leave 2 things there and had to come back. But I definitely feel they should have offered some suggestion, or assistance, for sure. The fact that tart was wild mushrooms, and the truffles, added to the "earthiness" for sure, Tim. LOVED the Voices of Liberty doing "How Far I'll Go" - awesome!! I just love acapella anyway!! Socially distanced hugs to the 3 of you from New Jersey. Stay strong, stay positive, stay healthy!!

Voices of Liberty is the only reason I go to Epcot. I like the other stuff too. Don't get me wrong but they're what keeps me coming back. Also, if you haven't checked out Voctave, you should. The woman that was singing the lead in the Moana song is Sarah and she sings with them as do many of the other VoL.
