Trying PERSIAN FOOD For The First Time!

Trying PERSIAN FOOD for the first time! Shahs of Kabob is located in South Miami, Florida serving Persian food! This was my first time trying Persian food and I loved it. We had several different kabobs including joojeh, koobideh, and shrimp along with some pita bread, hummus and salads. All the kabobs were delicious but I think our favorite was the shrimp kabob. The grilled onion and tomatoes made everything better too and I don't even really like tomatoes. I'm glad I got to try Persian food and will be looking for more places here. Can you explain to me why Indians and Arabs eat somosas (sambuseh)? They’re a Persian invention. How about kabobs? Also Persian. Countless Indian dishes have Persian origins. Iranians also eat felafel, baklava (and we do it better than the rest of the Middle East 😂), pasta, pizza (I do not like Iranian pizza). But to answer your question, it’s just very normal historical cultural exchange.
