what i love about this game is that sometimes you just cant escape the unexpected force of nature. the cold, wild animals, breaking your ankles. when you're in caves or the archives you expect danger, getting sent to god by a boar bc the winter snow blocked your doorway near the comfort of your own home is just unfortunate

for permanent budget lighting you can put fat in a bowl to make a tallow candle, they are waterproof and permanent but only light a small area, nice for paths at night.

Beautiful landing! Those piggies are true monsters of this game. Maybe mark the landing spot on the other mountain with some bright blocks? BTW no one stops you from traveling south next winter. You know vacation and stuff. When I say south I mean far south. You'll know. Different bioms, fruits, veggies, flora and fauna.

Haha looks like you figured out what the resonator does before i ever made my previous comment. Id have to say "the seraphs" is my favorite tuning cylinder. Im amazed at how agressively you land with the glider with little to no repercussions every time I use that thing I turn into a bug on a windshield 😂.

Sometimes I have the most perfect landing and I almost die, other times I fly into a wall at 200mph, bounce 10 feet in the air and take no damage, I'm so confused lmao

@@TimmyTwoNipples yk i wonder if its like in minecraft, like as long as you look up while landing you wont take damage, it basically counts how much damage you'll take based on how many blocks you've fallen looking down, so even if you slowed down but havent looked up higher than the horizon, you'll just explode when landing

You should consider making small non-functional towers that hold a light to mark the way as you fly between towers. Also make wooden balconies to act as landing pads between the mountains to minimize risk of bad landings or drops in speed.

The part where you put the cylinder in on the resonator actually looks like the structure in the middle of the Archives (long, conical and with "spikes" sticking out)

I don't know if you know about it, but the player is one of Seraphs. The game foreshadows that you are not a human from the very start, by not letting you choose "human" skin color nor voice. Plus, how cutting the temporal or any gear in the flesh will help a human? And maybe the glowing after respawn hints on this too, because one tapestry shows Seraphs as glowing bright blue humanoids.

I think when you hit the leaves while gliding, you're basically getting "impaled" by the branches. At that speed I would imagine they could indeed impale you, doing a lot of damage in the process. I guess avoid trees while gliding. Edit: And maybe invest in rails so you don't fall off so much.
