The stone seems so much 'harder' than minecrafts and i like that. I think its the knocking sound that helps. The cave system seems a lot like old minecraft versions, I've heard people like that, but i do hope there will be a 'cave update' in its future to add more variety because big caverns can exist in real life too

Im loving this series! It’s so interesting to watch you play - and I’m not sure if you’ve seen the interview - but Tyron, the games lead developer, mentioned your Vintage Story series as his favorite. I forgot the name of the channel that conducted the interview - but it was very recent.

Hey, you should consider maybe adding Vintage Story to the title of the video. I just spent 20 minutes going through all of my youtube history trying to find the video which unleashed me onto 100+ hours in this game. When I first built an oven my friend discovered pies and just went on a crazy pie making spree. Plundered everyone's food stocks for raw ingredients to make fruit pies and meat pies. Good times.

When I first saw this game it didn’t look appealing to me at all. Maybe it was the design style. The look of the characters and the muted colors. But the more I saw about it the more I like it. I just think a bit of a redesign of the look and feel would make it attractive to a lot of new players.

May I ask what version are you on? Im on 1.19 I believe and Feels like Im unlucky in any game I enter.. here even If I find structure its just empty small ruins.. and took me whole afternoon looking for copper (rare in options) traveled a lot so dont know If Im missing stg.. would be shame to have less structures then minecraft with such a lore 😅

I love the consistent insane dedication and time investment into transport systems that very slightly improve the speed you can get to one very specific place. Beautiful work, with both your glider tower and underground mountain canal

What I do is, I label my traders with colors by type. Clothing is dark blue, commodities light blue, etc...
