The queso looked edible. I'm a little freaked by the use of cottage cheese, but that just might be childhood trauma from my mother being such a terrible cook. I do think I'll stick with regular tortillas. They're reliable. I find wearing a hat and sunglasses helps me get through any store.

You know what's good? A cottage cheese and avocado sandwich. So you can still get your avocado fix along with your cottage cheese. Plus forget the low fat version. All the keto cottage cheese recipes use regular and it works better. Plus fat is good for you

I'm a Ralphs girl myself, but I get my sardines at Trader Joe's. Quite literally sardines are one of 3 reason I go there. Sardines, their blueberry and cherry goat chevres, and the frozen birria. I never leave Trader Joe's without at least 1 little tin of them each time. Side note: On a road trip, I went to a TJs in Madison, Wi and someone threw a tantrum because I was looking at the box of pears he was picking from. He told me if I wanted them so bad, I should go right ahead and get them and he threw his bag of pears into the pile and stormed away.
