No. Even though I love the flavor of maggi tastemaker, it makes the maggi extremely salty and I hate too much salt. So if I'm not adding veggies or not making milk maggi, I only add half a packet (specially if I'm adding cheese and butter which are already salty) 😞

okay so, here's my very maggi recipe. the maggi itself is simple but i like adding a bunch of toppings. - boil maggi, add the tastemaker packet, and add red chilli powder (as spicy as you want it) and lemon juice. add cheese and cover till it's melted. toppings: - fried and chopped chicken chickens (bite sized pieces) - chopped and fried crispy garlic - salted peanuts, slightly crushed it's really good because it has crispiness from the nuggets and the peanuts and the noodles are really creamy because of the cheese.

I have a very simple maggi recipe~!! First you have to crush the maggi into small pieces from the packet itself (the way we crush wai wai). Then heat the frying pan with some oil and add the crushed maggi in the pan and stir it until it turns golden brown (not too dark because that will burn the maggi). After that add enough water to cook the maggi and add the seasoning and chilli powder. (I add a large amount of chilli powder but that's according to your taste. You can add a pinch of salt if you want). Then let the maggi cook in such a way that all the water is absorbed by it. Chop onions if you want and there you go!! My comfort food is ready ◇~◇

Loved this video Beryl 😊 Please try my recipe sometime, it's delicious and as a student I often ate it for dinner. It's not very ' instant' but more like a well cooked meal. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds to 1 tbsp olive oil When the seeds start crackling add one green chilli cut lengthwise (so u can remove it later) Sweat a medium red onion. Then add frozen veggies (i used mixed frozen veggies - beans, broccoli, carrots, and most importantly a handful of frozen peas). When they're cooked add a diced medium tomato . Season with salt, garam masala, coriander powder and Kashmiri lal mirch powder. Cook until tomatoes are softened. Add water and flavor packet and noodles. Cook the dish. Finally kill the heat and add 2 tsp Maggi ketchup. Garnish with spring onions and cilantro. Thanks for reading ☺️🌸

I make an instant noodle thing that riffs off Sichuan smashed cucumbers (a great thing to make in its own right). First, smash ⅓ of a large cucumber or a few small ones with a cleaver or meat pounder. The idea is to get the sauce into nooks and crannies to increase flavour. Chop them up and add a smashed and minced garlic clove and a bit of sea salt. Set aside for a few minutes while you boil your noodles, then drain and add them to the cucumbers. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, a bit of vinegar (rice vinegar or Chinese black vinegar work best) and chili oil (chili crisp) to taste. If you don't have chili crisp a bit of powdered pepper works well (Turkish pul biber or Korean gochugaru work well). Mix together and serve, room temperature is fine!

Hi Beryl, sharing two Maggi recipes you can try: 1. Egg bhurji (scrambled egg) Maggi: for this you chop one onion, 1-2 tomatoes and a green chilli. Cook them till they are soft. Add a bit of pepper, salt and garlic to taste (garlic is optional). Then add 2 eggs and scramble it. Add the Maggi tastemaker with a cup of water. Please use the whole tastemaker and the noodles. Cool for 3-4 minutes and enjoy. You can garnish this with coriander if you like. 2. I like to call it the Chindian Maggi. Dice some onions and green bell peppers. Cook them with some garlic, ginger, pepper, salt, soy sauce, green chilli sauce and vinegar till they are soft. Add the Maggi and tastemaker with water. Cook for another 3-4 minutes and enjoy!

Hi Beryl, My name is Suhilla Kazem. I am an Afghan refugee living in the Unites States with my husband and son. The way we prepare ramen incorporates Afghan gastronomy. To the ramen we add ground beef, legumes (especially garbanzo beans), and most importantly yogurt. First, in a frying pan, saute some chopped onion, after which add ginger and garlic paste. Once cooked, insert the ground beef. Once the beef has browned, stir in a little tomato sauce, adding any spices that you like, such as black pepper. Second, in a separate pot for the noodles, add just enough water so that the ramen will not need draining. Then, dump the dry ramen and flavoring packet into the water, thereafter adding the precooked ground beef, precooked beans, and some hot sauce. In a separate bowl, add three to four heaping scoops of yogurt. Into this add minced garlic and a little salt. Mix them all up. Finally, once the ramen is cooked, add it to your bowl. Make sure to stir it so that the yogurt sauce is well incorporated. Garnish with dry mint, black pepper, and optionally pepper flakes. In a frying pan, quickly fry some minced garlic with two tablespoons of oil. As soon as you smell it, pour it over. Enjoy! Hope you like it. *As you may know, the situation in Afghanistan is critical. Watching your videos, your bright smile and attitude, relieves the stress. Sharing this recipe lets me share a side of my homeland few non-Afghans see.

MAGGI - INDIA I'd really love it if you try my recipe of maggi, you won't regret, i promise. Fine chop 5-6 garlic cloves (you can decrease the amount if you detest garlic) Fine chop chillies (make it medium spicy) Make a bit of garlic paste Chop an onion, don't fine chop keep it long Now saute everything in a pan (it's gonna make you cough a bit if the chillies are really spicy) Now add a small spoon of sugar, also salt as you require, and then add around 1 and half cups of water instantly. MAIN INGREDIENT: add a spoon of dark soy sauce. Now mix everything in, add maggi, cook it uncovered. Then, add a slice of cheese and mix it in as it melts. Mix it really good, and then add a cooked egg on top if you prefer. There you go! Adding sugar along with soy and chillies gives a really unique sweet and spicy taste, Garlic is beautiful, ginger and onion for a bit more flavour. I'd be really happy if you try 🥺👉👈

Here is my magi recipe. First cut some onions, potatoes garlic is optional. In a separate pan you cook the noodles and then drain them and put them in a bowl . Take a big pan and cook them when there a little golden brown and create a medium size hole in the middle because you're going to crack an egg and scramble it. Make sure the scrambled eggs are mixed with the other things. When most of the things are a little brown add the seasoning. Wait when potatoes and onions are little caramelized and then add the noodles make sure they're all nice and mixed, then put them in a bowl. If you want to add some more of your own thing you can. You can have some green things. Or add a little bit more veggies to it. You can even add cheese noodles when you add the noodles.

Sometimes I add whatever veggies are leftover from the day before like green beans or corn or broccoli. I add a splash of soy sauce and a bit of hot sauce (I like a Brazilian pepper sauce derived from pemienta malaguetas but whatever hotsauce you use could work I guess. ) I add the ramen to the water with all the seasoning and veggies at the beginning covering the ramen with water until about half an inch above the ramen and let it cook (softish but definitely not mushy noodles) my brother likes to add a soft boiled egg. I’m allergic to eggs 🤷🏻♀️

He’s my go to ramen recipe: boil noodles, drain or mostly drain depending if you want some broth. Add a drizzle of sesame oil, a generous amount of butter and nutritional yeast to taste. If you want it broth, add some or all of flavor packet. Otherwise, it’s a delicious noodle dish.

I 100% would have assumed I was supposed to use canned coconut milk, rather than the beverage kind. I think that might really boost the coconut flavor, too.

You should make San Francisco garlic noodles, you can make them with any noodles really but its basically just an entire head of garlic cooked in butter, and then you add the noodles, a bit of pasta water, and sauce which is 1pt oyster, 1pt soy, 1pt sugar, 2pts rice wine. Top with lots of scallions and parmersean cheese! They go great with seafood and are a cool californian mix of asian and italian.

okay i feel like you need to try mine: add a little bit of oil to the pan, heat it, add a chopped green chilli and thinly sliced onions later, add water, salt(a pinch or four lmao), red chilli powder, turmeric(again a pinch) then a bit of pepper. put the noodles in boiling water, and add the tastemaker(if you can get your hands on maggi masala do add that) beware the noodles shouldn't be very very cooked, must be firm. and add a small bowl of chopped coriander to it before turning off the flame. TRY THIS YOU WILL LOVE IT

You should try my Samyang Carbonara ramen recipe (it's the one with the pink packaging) In a bowl I put: 2 teaspoons of hummus, a splash of oat milk, a big grating of grana padano and stir it all together. I also add the cheese powder and the spicy paste from the ramen and stir. It will turn into a gloopy thick substance. Then in a pan, I add some oil and fry two sliced sausage (I use vegetarian ones, you can use whichever you like) and a diced red or green bell pepper. I fry it until the sausage becomes golden brown and crispy. Then I cook the samyang carbonara noodles as instructed. I add 4 spoonfuls of the cooking liquid to my hummus mixture to thin it out, then I put in my noodles and mix it all together. Then I top it off with my cooked sausge and peppers and I add sliced green onions and some more grated cheese on top. It's SO good ❤️ please try it!

You gotta try taking your favorite instant Ramen, cooking it til fully cooked, drain. Add the flavor packet and pour into a waffle iron, cook until crispy edges. The goal is a crispy outside and a soft inside, putting it in a waffle iron offers a larger texture variety.

You could try another indomie recipe thats pretty popular here in indonesia. It's called martabak mie and there are two ways of making it: 1. Make the indomie according to the instruction but before adding the seasoning packet, add eggs and sum chopped scallions into it and then fry it like an omelette. 2. It's almost the same process but instead of frying it like an omelette, you put the noodle and egg mixture inside a sheet of lumpia wrapper. Then you fry them until golden brown and crispy.

Drunk food South Africa: Soft bread roll, toasted, buttered, thick hot chips, topped with ketchup, mayo and chilli sauce - amazing. Alternative is a shop bought pie in between two slices of bread (this is also a British thing). Btw I'm British and live in England but lived in south Africa for 5 years and spent a lot of time eating drunk food! British Drunk food: Parmo - breaded chicken breast on a bed of chip shop chips, cover in tomato sauce (marinara) and top with lots and lots of cheese, specific to the north of england

Ramon and frozen vegetables. I like cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. Cook the Ramon as directed, add the seasoning, then the veggies. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for a few minutes. Quick, easy and the veggies reduce the taste of the salt.

I have a mi goring recipe that is really good. First you boil your water and turn off the heat, soak your noodles in the water until they are al dente. Drain the water from your noodles until there is just enough water to cover the noodles. Add your seasoning mix and sauces, stir and let the water cook the noodles completely and reduce into a thicker consistency. Garnish with whatever you want (fried egg, meat, green onions, etc) Add the fried onions right before you start eating to preserve the crunch.

YOU NEED TO TRY THIS RECIPE OF MAGGI! first in some oil add cumin seeds, then add some chopped onions and green chillies, fry them for 30s and then add a little bit of black pepper powder, let it cook for 10-15 s, then add tomato, cook it until they are tender, then add the maggi tastemaker, some extra maggi masala (maggi masala magic) around half a packet and then add some peri peri masala, now add 200ml water , bring that to a boil and then add the maggi and let it cook, trust me its mindblowing. You can add a cheese slice to tone down the spice, but I like it without cheese (im a spicy lover)

Make instant noodles Frankie. It's like a Bombay version of burrito. Make a roti with all purpose flour (maida) and add instant noodles with either water drained or dried off, add Cole slaw and sauces/mayo to your liking. Optional and highly recommended- Cheese. An insane amount of cheese.

So we make noodle omelettes with maggi. 4 chicken flavoured packs 3 eggs A cup of shredded cheese (tasty, mozzarella, cheddar whatever) A bunch of spring onions sliced A few rashers of bacon diced Corn kernels if ya want Boil the noodles without the flavour pack. Drain and put in a big bowl. Add flavour satchets and all other ingredients and mix well. Heat oil in a shallow frypan and spoon mixture to make fritters. Turn once golden then remove once both sides are golden. Not too thick or they won't cook fully before burning, but not too thin they fall apart. Makes a heap of them. Use more oil each time you add another spoonful. The recipe came from a childcare centre before they got healthy lol, and they served with ketchup but there's no need. They're salty, crunchy deliciousness
