Great ideas ladies! I think you should try the cheese hack with a cheese you like. I did it with swiss and cheddar. You cut it up then let it dry out (just on the counter for a couple days) and micro wave it. Cheese puffs :)

You ladies and I think many here have been doing Keto for awhile. I'm still at less than a year. You may well be aware of this already, but it's news to me, and I figure that it may be useful for others, too... LOL I had given up on the idea of yogurt (and have been missing it TERRIBLY!), but, while strolling around the dairy section of the supermarket yesterday, I ran across a brand called "Two Good"... Greek-style yogurt with 2 grams net carbs for 5.5 ounces! From what I can tell, the fruit flavored versions don't have real fruit, but that means fewer carbs, and the Mango Hibiscus flavor I tried had me half-expecting to find the tiny diced pieces of mango that I used to have in the mango yogurt I used to buy! Could have been a little sweeter, though, but some stevia or whatever can fix that, as you ladies did in the video! It made me so happy! My husband thought I'd lost it entirely, smiling and giggling and saying, "I'm so happy!" over and over again! LOL

I think the middle part looks good on you, just wanted to say that. I really enjoy the Keto Twins videos. I try to stay up to date on them. I started intermittent fasting and I have finally gotten below 150. Was stuck there forever. Weighed 145 this morning. I'm 71 years old, just thought I would add that in. Your videos have helped me but adding the fasting has pushed me below that 150 plateau.

Hey, I may try the ice cream hack, but I have an even simpler ice cream hack. I put 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries in a bowl or cup. If serving more people multiply or eyeball a larger amount. Pour half and half to cover the berries. Add sweetener substitute to taste. Stir for 2 minutes and it becomes ice cream like. Yummmmmmmmmm❤️❤️❤️. Love your channel🙌👏🏻👍🏻🥰

I use my parmesan skins to, well, feed our landfill. I would give them to my worm farm but even they don't like parmesan skins raw, microwaved, baked, boiled or double toiled. 😃Thanks for ketofying the other two hacks!

Agreed! Brush each layer with melted butter, sprinkle ground walnuts/cinnamon/allulose, repeat. Sprinkle the top with water. Cut into squares before baking. Make a syrup with keto honey, water, lemon peel and cinnamon stick and pour over hot baklava when finished. Would probably work in the air fryer too! Now I want to do this. 😎

Wondering what you think of the honey substitutes, and would love to know which you get. I ordered 3 different ones, and they all tasted disgusting! One was so medicinal it was absolutely gross. You can eat anything on keto, as long as you stay under the allotted carbs that you can consume. Everyone is different, most try to eat less than 20net carbs, others can eat 50 or even 100 and still be in ketosis.
