Played through The Suffering more times than any other game and a lot of these were still new to me. Shows just how unique and amazing this game really is to this day.

That last tip is very true. I'm a huge die hard for this game and explored it like no other. I even challenged myself to beat the game using only the shiv on impossible. You'd be surprised how far you can get by doing just that.

The shiv in third person mode is literally the best weapon, when you land a blow it makes (no matter how big the enemy) it makes them stun lock and all you got to do is keep stabbing them. I figured that out chapter one quick because I thought this would be a game you needed to conserve ammo in. Not saying it’s not effective in their perosn mode but when you in first person that knockback does help. You can damn near beat every boss with the shiv too

i reconnected with gaming consoles that collected dust for over 15 years during the "shutdown " this was a game i barely touched back then but since it was one of a few that still played well on old x box console . i have a full blown addiction to it and never realized how cool it is ! this was an awesome effort u produced !

Dorsia Snuff No, he took them off in the first cutscene of the game. If you look in your cell you can see them there, but You can’t interact with them though. Oddly enough in the sequel he puts a pair on when he takes a holster off the first dead guy he finds

completed the game like 4 hours ago on impossible with good karma. And saw some behind the scenes where was said.... only remember "game is not realistic". Is this scene can be seen on any difficulty and karma?

After finishing game. So in game itself right before the titles. It is really short like 10 seconds. Devs talking some stuff and laughing and last thing that i heard was "game is not realistic". I completed game on impossible with good karma.

tg I finally managed to beat the game on Impossible Mode (it took 2 days with quite a few retries in between) and, to my surprise, there is an extra piece of Behind the Scenes footage that gets unlocked after beating the game in that mode. It is pretty cool.

You should really make a video on how to get this game running good through gog as I know alot of people probably refund it as the game breaking bugs running this on modern os like windows 11. It really doesn't need much config but if you have ties that bind installed as well I had to delete a regedit file and also through gog manual installation/configure/features and click the second executable with the -setup modifer also had to run suffering in xp compatibility mode.

The only thing that sucks with this game is the bugginess on pc, Having to do some regedit delete fixes and running in compatibility mode for xp. It mainly runs good on win 11 through gog but I definitely recommend saving often and having alot of patience with the a.i as they can get caught up or frozen easily. The only major bug with the graphics in the pc version is the weapons slider not showing the weapon properly other than that runs pretty damn good seeing as how this game came out in 2003. I also noticed the console versions of this game are extremely dark compared to the pc version making those version scarier honestly. I had a issue with the character not loading in properly, like only toruques shadow would be seen but after I deleted a certain file in regedit that was recommended on the internet and ran in xp mode and also configured gog with -setup under features it runs great now.
