I could see it, but having Whis speed with no offense and poor durability will not be enough to solo everyone. You need some sort of infinite Ki to keep supplying your speed, and a strong offense to finish it fast. Otherwise you’ll be drained like Goku with UI sign in the ToP.

And even if you can't deal damage it would still be a stalemate. Unless they have hakai from Zeno since thats the only move that could straight up catch upto you and erase you.
